Privacy
We collect only what we need to quote, book and do the work, and we never sell it.
When you request a quote, book a visit or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address, home size, the service you want, notes about the problem and any photos you send. On a visit we keep a record of what we did, where and with which product.
We contact you about your booking by phone, text or email. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be on one.
Only Spider Pros staff who need it to serve you. Our website and booking forms are hosted by Netlify, and our email runs on Microsoft 365, so their servers, which may be outside Canada, store what you send us. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
As long as we need it to serve you, honour the guarantee and meet our record keeping duties. After that we delete it.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Email info@spiderpros.ca or call 519 331 4210 and we will reply within 30 days.
