Our guarantee
If webs or spiders return on the areas we treated within 60 days of a visit, tell us and we will re-treat those areas on our next visit to your area at no charge. That is the whole promise, and we keep it.
Spiders live in the yard and will always walk onto a house. Our job is to keep them from settling on it. The guarantee covers the surfaces a treatment can protect, and we are honest about the ones it cannot.
We clear the webs off these as a courtesy. We do not apply product to furniture, play structures, trees, shrubs or lawns. Indoor work is not part of the exterior service; in season it is quoted separately for existing customers. Decks and railings get a treatment only where the label allows and activity justifies it, and sun and foot traffic wear it off within days, so they are not guaranteed. No company can guarantee a deck, and we will not pretend to.
How a re-treatment works
Service terms
A return visit that finds no spider activity on treated areas costs $45 plus HST. We would rather come for nothing than have you wonder, so please do call, but the fee keeps the guarantee fair for everyone on the route.
Pressure washing, painting, siding or roofing work, or landscaping that strips the treated surface ends the guarantee for that area. If you are planning any of these, do them before your visit and tell us.
Change or cancel up to 48 hours ahead at no charge. If we arrive and cannot work because a gate is locked, a dog is loose or the areas we discussed are not cleared, we charge $45 plus HST for the trip and rebook you. Weather reschedules are always free; we do not spray in rain or high wind.
If a nest we treated is still active after a week, tell us and we come back at no charge the next day we are in your area. A new nest in a new spot is a new job. Nest removal is a separate service with its own price, for our spider control customers.
We promise fewer webs and fewer spiders on your home, and a crew that tells you what it did. We do not promise a spider free property, and we do not use words like non toxic or safe for everyone. We use products registered in Canada, applied by trained technicians supervised by our licensed exterminator, according to the label, and we leave written instructions after every visit.
The Season Plan is three visits, spaced six to eight weeks apart across the season, for $499 plus HST on a standard home. It is billed per visit: $199 for the first visit, which is a full single visit, and $150 for each of the next two. You can pay up front if you prefer.
Cancel any time. There is no refund for visits already done, and nothing is owed for visits not yet done. If you paid up front, we return the balance within 15 days: $300 after one visit, $101 after two.
A plan can start any time up to mid August. After that there is not room for three properly spaced visits before our season ends on November 15, so we book a single visit and offer the plan for spring.
If you sell the house, the remaining visits go to the new owner at the same address, or we refund as above, whichever you prefer.
No automatic renewal. The plan ends after the third visit, and we ask you in spring whether you want to book again.
Every booking, whether at your door, by phone, by text or on this site, gets a written confirmation by email the same day with the service, the price, the visit timing, the guarantee and these terms. You can cancel within 10 days of receiving it for any reason and anything you have paid is refunded. If a visit was done in those 10 days at your request, that visit is charged at the single visit price.
